the biggest challenge was for having filtration tool for students as we were targeting top 25 engg instt

Though it would be a bit early to predict the actual effectiveness as we are yet to see these employees' perf rating who have cleared the test through Mettl but their performance in interviews and training has been very consistent. Also, the report with entire analysis is available on a click of button and we could change the test whenever we see an issue in terms of it being too easy or too tough ...
Overall, Mettl has been a true strategic partner in TA initiatives in Comviva and helped in responding to biz requirements in no time. The team is extremely customer focused, responsive and competent.
