Qualification: 

MS/MTech/PhD from IISc or a foreign University in Computer Science/EE or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and test image processing modules to enhance real time pattern recognition

Develop and test classification algorithms on face detection/recognition/verification-related products

Develop machine learning algorithms to analyse an extensive database of over 200 million snapshots to continuously improve output

Conceptualize, develop and test signal processing modules (especially audio) to supplement the output from the image processing modules

Develop and deliver codes for the work assigned in accordance with time, quality, and cost standards.

Review work products from the team.

Desired skills and knowledge: 

In-depth knowledge of image processing / signal processing and pattern recognition techniques.      

Experience in developing novel image processing / signal processing algorithms, and optimizing the existing algorithms.

Prior experience of working on face detection and recognition as well as experience with machine learning and classification is highly desirable.

Coding experience in C / C++, Python, MATLAB, OpenCV or similar tools.

Ability to analyse and understand the requirements from an end user perspective and translate it to product design.

- Analyzing a change request and come up with possible ways of implementing the same on the product. 

- Estimating the development effort and doing all that it takes to take the change to production environment in the least possible manner. 

- Unit Testing the functionality by you; at times get involved in load testing. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

- 3+ years of Strong knowledge of Java Programming Language. 

- Strong Analytical ability, someone working with Start-up is a preference. 

- Clarity of concepts with SQL Databases; Ability to write SQL queries to interact with SQL Server. 

- Working experience with Spring framework.
