It is suitable for hiring at entry-level roles in administrative and clerical profiles. This detail orientation test is a pre-employment cognitive ability test that assesses candidates on comparison-based questions on texts, numbers, images, and visuals.

Attention requires focus, and hence this test aims to measure that through a time-sensitive test which requires a candidate to maintain speed and accuracy while attempting the test. By making a candidate go through many questions in a short time frame, we ask the candidate to quickly scan through images and information provided in a limited time frame. Attention to Details Assessment assesses how attentive candidates are and how well they can differentiate between similar-looking objects/information.

Designed by subject matter experts,  Mercer| Mettl's attention to detail test contains 40 questions to be completed in 10 minutes. And, the skills of the candidate are evaluated on three levels - easy, medium and difficult.
