This test is a 25 item, non verbal multiple choice, which is adaptive in nature and is used at different difficulty levels. This test aims to measure the capacity of an individual to learn and adapt from situation and experiences. This test strategically identifies the person’s ability to derive a solution to a problem by logical analysis. Thus, this test consists of observation skills and strategic thinking skills which are based on item response theory.
Critical Thinking Test
This test consists of 18 items is used to measures the person's ability to analyses any given situation and derive to a logical conclusion. Through this test, individual is evaluated on three dimensions- recognition of assumption, evaluation of arguments, and drawing conclusion. It predicts different abilities like judgment, problem solving and decision making.
