Achievement

Need for success or the attainment of excellence. Prefer to work on difficult projects that provide an opportunity to stretch one’s abilities and deliver the results.

Affiliation

It is a desire to initiate and maintain sociable relationships. Motivated by opportunities of positive work interaction and (or) a high sense of belonging at work.

Authority
