Candidates with strong spatial reasoning abilities can quickly analyze and work on complex set-ups in designs and spatial elements. Mercer| Mettl's spatial reasoning test helps measure how quickly and accurately a candidate will visualize patterns and shapes with different levels of complexities to produce the desired outcome. The test requires a candidate to work on shape matching, shapes rotation, combining forms, cube views in 3-dimensions and manipulating other solid shapes in two and three dimensions.
Mercer| Mettl's spatial ability test helps employers in many ways, including finding a suitable candidate hassle-free and making unbiased hiring decisions. The tests can be conducted in a secure, controlled environment with features such as webcam proctoring, limited system access, and window violation.
Designed by subject matter experts, this test contains 30 questions to be completed in 30 minutes.
