To add another test-taker, click on <b>&#8220;ADD MORE CANDIDATES+&#8221;<\/b>.<br>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mettl.com\/user-guides\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2020\/10\/st-img21.gif\" class=\"img-responsive\" alt=\"\">\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>To share the test link with a group of test-takers instead of adding them individually, click on <b>&#8220;IMPORT FROM CANDIDATE GROUPS&#8221;<\/b>.<br>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mettl.com\/user-guides\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2020\/10\/st-imgTmp.gif\" class=\"img-responsive\" alt=\"\">\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>After clicking on the <b>&#8216;SHARE LINK,&#8217;<\/b> an invitation email will be sent to the candidates with the test details such as its name, duration, access time (if enabled), etc. You can add custom messages to the invitation email by clicking on <b>&#8216;Preview&#8217;<\/b> and entering the text in the provided optional message area.<br>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mettl.com\/user-guides\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2020\/10\/st-img22.gif\" class=\"img-responsive\" alt=\"\">\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<p><b>Note:<\/b> A test-taker\u2019s email address can be used only once to attempt a test using a particular test link to prevent its misuse. To allow the test-taker to reattempt the same test, click on <b>&#8216;Generate Another Link,&#8217;<\/b> name the new link and click on <b>&#8216;GENERATE.&#8217;<\/b> Configure the link settings as mentioned above and share the test link with the candidates. <\/p>\n   <\/div>\n   <div class=\"qs-img\">\t\n\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mettl.com\/user-guides\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2020\/10\/st-img23.gif\" class=\"img-responsive\" alt=\"\">\n   <\/div>\n   <div class=\"gdu-cnt\">\n\t\t<p>If you possess all the candidate details and want them to be pre-prefilled, i.e., they only have to enter their email address to proceed to the test, click on <b>&#8216;Candidate details &#8211; Prefilled&#8217;<\/b> and enter their details. <\/p>\n   <\/div>\n   <div class=\"qs-img\">\t\n\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mettl.com\/user-guides\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2020\/10\/st-img24.gif\" class=\"img-responsive\" alt=\"\">\n   <\/div>\n   <div class=\"gdu-cnt\">\n\t\t<p>Unchecking <b>&#8216;Send email notification&#8217;<\/b> will render the bottom-most right button to <b>&#8216;PROVIDE ACCESS,&#8217;<\/b> clicking which invitation emails will not be sent to the test-takers. In this case, you can either manually share the test link with the test-takers or ask them to visit tests.mettl.com and enter the alphanumeric invitation key, which is a part of the test link. For example- <a href=\"https:\/\/tests.mettl.com\/authenticateKey\/invitation\">Invitation key<\/a>.<\/p>\n   <\/div>\n   <div class=\"qs-img\">\t\n\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mettl.com\/user-guides\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2020\/10\/st-img25.png\" class=\"img-responsive\" alt=\"\">\n\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mettl.com\/user-guides\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2020\/10\/st-img26.gif\" class=\"img-responsive\" alt=\"\">\n   <\/div>\n   <div class=\"gdu-cnt\">\n\t\t<p class=\"text-center\">How to find the invitation key in a test link<\/p>\n\t\t<p><b>&#8216;PAUSE ACCESS&#8217;<\/b>: This will deactivate the current test link. The candidate will not be able to attempt the test unless the test link is made active again by clicking on <b>&#8216;UNPAUSE ACCESS.&#8217;<\/b> <\/p>\n   <\/div>\n   <div class=\"qs-img\">\t\n\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mettl.com\/user-guides\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2020\/10\/st-img27.gif\" class=\"img-responsive\" alt=\"\">\n   <\/div>\n  <\/div><!--col-md-12-->\n  <\/div><!--row-->\n  <div class=\"clearfix\"><\/div>\n  <div class=\"row\">\n  <div class=\"col-md-12\">\n\t<h3 class=\"qus-hd\">How to create a candidate group:<\/h3>\n\t <div class=\"gdu-cnt\">\n\t <ul>\n\t\t<li>Click on <b>&#8216;Account Settings&#8217;<\/b> >> <b>\u2018Manage Candidates&#8217;<\/b> (GIF).<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Download the uploadable Excel template by clicking on \u2018CANDIDATE UPLOAD TEMPLATE.\u2019 <\/li>\n\t\t<li>Open the downloaded Excel and fill in the test-taker\u2019s details.<br>\n\t\t<b>Note:<\/b> The email address and first name are mandatory for every candidate.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>After clicking on <b>&#8216;ADD CANDIDATE BANK,&#8217;<\/b> enter the name that you would like for the candidate bank and click on <b>&#8216;ADD.&#8217;<\/b><\/li>\n\t\t<li>After clicking on <b>&#8216;VIEW CANDIDATES&#8217;<\/b> on the next page, click on <b>&#8216;BULK UPLOAD CANDIDATES.&#8217;<\/b><\/li>\n\t\t<li>Click on <b>&#8216;Choose File&#8217;<\/b> and <b>&#8216;Upload&#8217;<\/b> to upload the updated Excel template. Kindly update the sheet and re-upload it if an error is displayed.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>You can also add individual candidates to banks. After the first step, click on <b>&#8216;VIEW CANDIDATES&#8217;<\/b> corresponding to the bank name to which you want to add the candidates.
