This is a comprehensive functional and aptitude test designed to assess the skills of a candidate to perform the duties of an executive assistant. It tests the candidate's basic computer literacy, ability to work with Microsoft Word using features for editing and formatting, ability to handle basic and intermediate level excel including knowledge of functions and pivots, communication skills, email writing ability, analytical and problem solving ability.
The candidate is moderately likely to be at par with the expectations for the role.
Ability to work using a computer including basic hardware, network, security and system software.
The candidate has shown average grasp of basic computer functionalities. He/she may be moderately comfortable with handling a computer and perform common tasks. However, he/she may not be able to use most software or troubleshoot in case of issues.

The candidate has shown good grasp of MS Excel functionalities. He/she is comfortable using the software for analysis using statistical data visualisation tools in Excel.
