Shows high understanding of MS Word functionalities and the ability in applying these functions is good. Likely to be able to effectively use the software for creating complex documents and apply concepts related to previewing, proofreading, printing, margins, page breaks, navigation, editing, formatting, creating tables, inserting pictures, etc.
Shows an average understanding of MS Word functionalities related to characters, texts, pages and margins, paragraphs etc. Moderately likely to be comfortable working on the software to create high quality documents by using quick parts and inserting fields and images.
Shows excellent understanding of MS Word functionalities related to citations, references etc. Likely to be comfortable working on the software and using bookmarks, captions, footnotes, indexes, citations, reference styles, table of figures and content in MS Word.
Shows excellent understanding of MS Word functionalities related to macros. Likely to be comfortable working on the software and using automated tasks in MS Word.
Shows low understanding of MS Word functionalities related to Backstage View and Quick Access Toolbar. May not be comfortable editing, previewing, proofreading and using Quick Access toolbar in MS Word.
