This is a comprehensive functional and aptitude test designed to assess the skills of a candidate to perform the duties of a data entry operator. It measures the Basic Computer Literacy of the candidate, ability to work with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Attention to Detail, Analytical Ability & Problem Solving and Typing ability.
Shows high understanding of basic computer functionalities. Likely to be comfortable with handling a computer, perform common tasks and use most software or troubleshoot in case of issues.
Shows an average understanding of MS Excel functionalities like formatting, functions, charts, graphs, tables etc. May moderately be comfortable using the software to effectively organize data including project plans, budgets, current expenses and other information, analyze and record data to get accurate insights and execute integration of data with contacts to minimize effort.
Shows low understanding of MS Word functionalities and the ability in applying these functions is low. May not be able to effectively use the software for creating complex documents and apply concepts related to previewing, proofreading, editing, formatting, date and time, creating tables, inserting pictures, etc.
Likely to notice everything that might be of importance, at any point of time. Likely to be able to capture every minute detail and present the work in a clear, complete, precise and easy to understand language. May be attentive, focused and good at giving excellent results, maintaining excellent quality.
