This test has been designed to assess the proficiency of candidates to apply their knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. It tests an individual’s ability in formatting, functions, previewing, printing, editing, formatting, adding pictures and tables, and performing other functions in Microsoft Office for creating high quality worksheets, presentations, documents and reports.
Shows high understanding of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint functionalities. Likely to be comfortable using the software to effectively organize data to minimize effort and achieve the project objective.
Shows low understanding of MS Excel functionalities like formatting, functions, charts, graphs, tables, etc. May not be comfortable using the software to effectively organize data including project plans, budgets, current expenses and other information, analyse and record data to get accurate insights and execute integration of data with contacts to minimize effort.
Shows an average understanding of MS PowerPoint functionalities. Moderately likely to be comfortable working on the software to create high quality presentations consisting of tables, charts, and pictures.
Shows very high understanding of MS Word functionalities and the ability in applying these functions is strong. Likely to be able to effectively use the software for creating complex documents and apply concepts related to previewing, proofreading, printing, margins, page breaks, navigation, editing, formatting, creating tables, inserting pictures, etc.
