This large conglomerate sought an effective mean to assess where their employees stand in terms of skill and organizational compatibility across all levels and identify high performers.
The company was faced with the uphill task of assessing the current level of potential across 5 levels of vertical hierarchy and approx. 20k employees.
Their current employee lifecycle was being managed without a scientific framework in place.
Another key challenge was to re-align the workforce with the new direction of the firm in absence of a structured competency framework

Using our blend of online and offline tools encompassing Psychometric, Cognitive and Behavioral simulation-based tools, Mettl conceptualized Development Centers for the identified competencies across Junior, Mid and Senior Management levels.
The Development Center process was concluded with systematic feedbacks and suggestive Individual Development plans along with group-wide analytics.
Based on Assessment centers diagnostic report, the company was able to bifurcate their employees into clustered buckets based on their performance and identify 54 high performers across Senior, mid and junior level profiles from 650+ eligible candidates
A bias-free, scientific process of competency mapping followed by assessments based on global norms and guidelines ensured objective evaluation of employees.
