The company is a multinational provider of integrated technology and business services.
With 6 software development centers across the country, the company provides IT services such as traditional application development and maintenance , data warehousing and business intelligence as well as digital services.
The company was looking for a partner to assist them in their campus hiring drive.
The company aimed at covering various campuses across the country for their Tech hiring process and thus needed rich technical content to support, which was not readily available with them.
Lack of on ground support to help seamlessly conduct the campus hiring drive.
The company also wanted fast execution of the entire drive to help hire the right fit candidates.
A total of 2500 campuses across nation were contacted by Mettl team , of which 200+ campuses with 50000+ candidates were registered for two drives conducted
Owing to the extensive On – ground support, the company could confidently conduct the Campus Recruitment drive across India giving first level of candidate filtration.
Pool Campus approach was followed wherein 4-5 campuses within a zone were clubbed for a test center for administering proctored assessments to the candidates.
Mettl Domain Assessment Battery along with Cognitive tools (Reasoning) were used for assessing the candidates.
End to end management of the campus drive was done by Mettl experts which resulted in upto 3000 people hired from the two drives conducted.
50K + assessments ran across 200 test centers across India with more than 2,00,000 test takers.
With the introduction of online assessments for first level candidate filtration, huge logistical spends associated were saved.
Thousands of man hours were saved with the help of automated candidate registration and automated reports and thus significantly reduced the overall hiring process timelines.
