    Problem

    • The company aimed at evaluating existing Engineering workforce (Individual contributors) based on pre defined competencies with an objective to assess their potential for taking up Team leads profile.
    • They faced a challenge in building self awareness within their employees and understand their work strengths and areas of development.
    • Benchmarking exisitng employees competencies and set right expectations from future talent pool to be hired

    Solution

    • Young Leadership program and Accelerated Leadership program was launched for emerging leaders within organization across 90 employees
    • Mettl recommended Blended Assessment/ Development Centers for providing a holistic understanding of the candidates encompassing Psychometric and Cognitive tools along with Assessor feedback for group activity and behavioral interview.
    • Mettl Personality Profiler , Cognitive and Behavioral Tools like Group Discussion, Case study presentation and Competency based interview were administered as part of Assessment Center.

    • The company was able to analyze the candidate's performance and identify hi-potential within the organization.
    • Through the Assessment center, the firm was able to gauge top 3 group wise strengths and improvement areas to aid the group level developmental interventions.
