India’s largest media conglomerate, employing about 11,000 employees and revenue exceeding $1.5 Billion. A long-standing leader in the print business and an emerging leader in other forms of media including radio, TV and Magazines.
Mettl was approached as the company wanted to conduct an extensive and effective training program across their different verticals within the organization.
The company had extremely diverse business functions right from Art and Edit to Revenue Assurance to IT and thus they wanted to create a tailormade training plan to match the business needs of every function.
The company had offices spread across 15+ locations in the country with large number of employees, they needed to organize a program targeting the requirements in each location.
The program was planned within a month before which employee assessment along with outcomes had to be captured across India.
Mettl experts started with understanding the key competencies across different roles and levels to create Skill and Knowledge Assessment.
Organizational benchmarks against each competency were evaluated and subjected to every candidate’s performance and group performance to analyze strengths and improvement areas across all functions.
A custom dashboard was also created to visualize the current proficiency levels against the desired levels across different job functions, levels and locations.
With Mettl as the key partner, the organization was able to create a tailor-made training program for their employees across functions in a shorter time span of just 30 days.
The Mettl platform provided scalability to the organization wherein they were able to cover 17 locations across the nation simultaneously.
