Gamified Assessment

A gamified assessment is an advanced version of professional assessments that incorporates game-based elements into personality tests and aptitude assessments. As a result, standard evaluation methods are moved to gamified platforms that increase engagement and help analyze several key skills and behaviors among test-takers. Though designed to be fun, the assessments are scientific and data-based.

A gamified assessment or game-based assessment is a highly engaging version of psychometric assessments. It can be used as a versatile strategy for recruitment as well as in L&D to meet various cognition levels—to help learners learn, practice, apply, or upskill. They may include a series of short tests to assess specific skill sets, long games for assessing personalities and reactions in complex scenarios, job simulation experiences, trivia-based quizzes, etc.
