Management Assessment Center

A management assessment center refers to a platform that allows employers to conduct a suite of professional assessment and development center activities. It can either be a physical location or a digital platform that hosts questions, simulations and other exercises to assess an individual’s ability to work and succeed in a managerial position.

Management assessment centers are a type of ACDC (Assessment Center Development Center), specifically designed to assess professionals in or applying for managerial roles. It includes several problem-solving activities to gauge how well a candidate is likely to perform in real-life workplace scenarios. It is an excellent way to measure relevant management skills, personality types, aptitude and overall managerial competence. Examples of exercises used in management assessment centers include management case studies, role-plays, group activities, inbox exercises and management aptitude tests.
