We at Mercer Mettl are focussed to help organizations make better people decisions with our suite of scientific tools for people evaluation.

Mercer Mettl scholarship for Emerging leaders is an attempt to identify and assist young leaders who have shown an exceptional flair for leadership and have the mettle to be dynamic business leaders of tomorrow.

The Scholarship

The winner of Mettl’s Scholarship will receive:

$2000 that can be used to cover expenditures such as tuition, hostel or books.

The award for the scholarship can be used to cover expenditures such as tuition, hostel or books for the coming semester.

Eligibility Requirement

To apply for the Mettl Scholarship For Emerging Leaders, you must:

Have a minimum 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or currently studying in the US on a student visa.
Have a proof of enrollment in a degree course from a recognized university or college.

Employees of Mettl, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible.

Note: Students of all courses are eligible for this scholarship.

Results

Mettl Scholarship Emerging Leaders 2018 received a wide response with applications from over 75+ universities in the United States. We were impressed by efforts that each applicant put into the application and it was great getting to know candidates and read exceptional leadership stories.

Each application went through a structured review process in which our panel of judges reviewed the candidate responses and overall elements of the application and calculated an application score. Based on this score, Top 10 candidates were shortlisted and their applications were further evaluated by our in-house leadership experts to select the final winner.

We are proud to present the winner of Mettl’s Scholarship of Emerging Leader 2018 Mr Morgan K. Gilmour.

Morgan is an MD candidate in Chicago Medical School, Rosalind Franklin University filled with passion for surgery. He is a graduate of Northwestern University has written and published 7 books, won awards in engineering, and obtained a provisional patent for a bulletproof vest design.
