360 Degree Assessment

360-degree assessment is a performance management tool intended for employees to get multisource feedback about work performance and improvement areas. In a 360-degree evaluation, the person being reviewed receives feedback from people with whom he/she works. These reviews may come from peers, subordinates, direct reports, teammates, and even external parties, such as vendors and clients, called raters in the process.
