This Campus assessment by Mercer | Mettl is designed to assess the hands-on programming skills of an entry level software engineer. The test aims to measure the level of familiarity of the applicant with the basics and implementation of Object-Oriented Programming in order to analyse, design and then develop softwares.
The 40-minutes online assessment contains two coding problems to be solved in a robust back-end coding simulator. The test is thoughtfully crafted and validated by Mercer | Mettl's team of subject matter experts which ensures that it is comprehensive and as per current industry standards. The evaluation reports offer a detailed insight to the strength and development areas of the applicant enabling evaluators to make the best decision.
