Mercer| Mettl's front office assessment is a comprehensive functional and aptitude test to assess candidates' domain and cognitive competencies to find the right job fit. It measures the basic computer literacy, ability to work with Microsoft Word using formatting and proofreading, ability to handle basic excel using functions and filters, ability to effectively communicate and ability to analyze issues, i.e., general aptitude.
