This test is a psychometric and aptitude-type test with a moderate difficulty level. It consists of two hundred and thirty-five questions to be completed within a test duration of one hundred and fifteen minutes.

What roles can you assess using the Leadership Test?  

  • Assistant managers: They are responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the organization’s general manager. Their duties include supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, providing customer support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of a workplace.  
  • Deputy managers: Their responsibilities include overseeing operational activities, managing projects and teams, training staff, deputizing for the manager when needed, and helping drive departmental performance.   • Delivery managers: They are responsible for leading a team that assists clients with setting up and installing technology tools and products. They oversee the deployment of programs or systems, coordinating all parties involved to ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption. They may develop or supervise training programs to educate users and lead support and troubleshooting efforts.
