The Mercer | Mettl Personality Map is an evidence-based personality mapping test. It is a comprehensive measure of personality that provides an overview of twenty-eight personality facets critical for work-related outcomes. These twenty-eight facets are mapped to companies’ or job roles’ specific performance models or behavioral competencies that predict job success.

What is inside this Personality Map Test?

This test consists of one hundred and seventy-five questions of moderate difficulty level to be completed within forty-five minutes. The Personality Map Test is a type of psychometric test.
