It is a scientifically validated way to determine a candidate's job suitability by gauging their quantitative abilities through several questions based on factors and multiples, factorials, permutation and combination, set theory, probability, etc. This pre-hire assessment evaluates candidates’ ability to process and analyze quantitative data to perform basic arithmetic operations relevant across job roles, irrespective of their educational background.   • Junior engineer: Their duties include completing tasks assigned by engineers, raising concerns, improving their skills, maintaining engineering systems, and reporting to supervisors.  
  • Management trainee: Their duties include understanding how a company operates, supporting managers with various tasks (e.g., policy-making, goal setting) and learning to evaluate performance.  
  • Assistant manager: Their duties include assisting the manager in organizing, planning, implementing strategy, coordinating operations, and ensuring employees meet schedules and objectives.

The answer is 36.

  1. Find the sum of the first 90 even natural numbers.  

The answer is 8190.  

  1. Today, it is Thursday. After 132 days, it will be?  

The answer is Wednesday.  

  1. If each cube edge is increased by 50%, find the percentage increase in its surface area.  

The answer is 125%  

  1. What is the compound interest on Rs. 2500 for two years at a rate of interest of 4% per annum?  

The answer is Rs. 204.  

  1. A mother is twice as old as her son. If 20 years ago, the mother's age was ten times the age of the son, what is the mother's present age?  

The answer is 45 years.  

  1. If January 1, 1996, was Monday, what day of the week was January 1, 1997?  

The answer is Wednesday.  

  1. Calculate the annual installment that will discharge a debt of Rs. 1092 due in three years at 12% simple interest.  

The answer is Rs.325.  

  1. The speed of a boat in still water is 5 km/hr. If the boat's speed against the stream is 3 km/hr, what is the speed of the stream?  

The answer is 2 km/hr.
