360 Feedback Survey

A 360-feedback survey is a survey form that elicits effective feedback on employee performance from various sources, such as managers, peers, reports, etc. 360-feedback surveys contain a list of competencies and KRAs on which every rater, including the employee themself, rates. Pen and paper 360-feedback surveys have given way to digital tools that help in the creation of the survey, collection of responses, and collating the results.

360-feedback surveys consist of relevant and effective competency frameworks for raters to holistically rate employees on a spectrum of skills. 360-feedback surveys promote self-awareness as they inform employees about their strengths and areas of improvement, setting them on a path of development.
