What is inside this test?
- Mercer Personality Map-Forced Choice (MPM-FC): This is a personality assessment with 51 questions (plus a sample section). The total test section duration is thirty-five minutes. Behavioral competencies pertaining to openness to adopting new technologies are measured via MPM-FC.
- Mercer Test for Abstract Reasoning (MTAR): This is a cognitive ability test with eighteen questions. The total test duration is eighteen minutes. Cognitive ability required to recognize patterns and solve problems with AI is measured via MTAR.
- Mercer Test for Prompt Engineering (MTPE): This is a test section with fifteen questions. The total test duration is twelve minutes. Skills and knowledge for utilizing generative AI tools are measured via MTPE.
