To transform Coders to Leaders was identified as one of the most potent problems in the IT industry, and bearing that challenge in mind, Mettl took the initiative to gather HR veterans from some of the biggest names in the industry – Oracle, SAP, Dell, ITC Infotech, and Virtusa Polaris, to deliberate about the problem aptly termed “From Coders to Leaders”

With 90 minutes and one moderator, the HR leaders turned ‘Alchemists’ will be generating gold insights from the base problem statement. The session will see the HR leaders reveal actionable insights into leadership at technical roles & how best to create an organizational climate that enables coders to transition into leadership roles.
