The Mettl’s Basic Aptitude Test is a suitable aptitude test for hiring undergraduates/ graduates with 0-1 years of experience for entry level positions across industries. The assessment is timed and is designed to test whether a candidate is capable of following the right approach to a given task, thereby completing the task in the required time.
The test is suitable for hiring undergraduates from tier II and tier III engineering colleges and candidates with a non-engineering background, which include, Arts, Commerce, Science, Law and other streams. Basic Aptitude test can be used across industries for screening candidates for entry-level employment.
