Assessment days with airlines can be a trying experience as an assessment day comprises various, smaller assessments that participants need to ace to increase their chances of success. Listed below are the types of tests candidates face on the assessment day:
 The reach test - this test requires that aspirants should achieve a minimum arms reach of 210 cms (a standard norm for most airlines) on tiptoes. They need to stand on their feet and raise their heels(without shoes) and reach up with their arms to the marker to fulfill the test requirement.
 Mathematics test - the cabin crew math test aims to assess necessary mathematical skills based on a cabin crew situation.
 Language test - the cabin crew English test aims to understand language skills, fluency, articulation, pronunciation, and language comprehension skills. Some English tests are about an hour-long, where aspirants can be asked to go through a cabin crew story and answer some MCQ questions based on that to evaluate their comprehension skills.
 General knowledge test - Undeniably, the assessment day for cabin crew will vary from airlines to airlines, so candidates must be well-prepared to improve their chances of passing the assessment day. More often than not, there is also a general knowledge test for cabin crew, which includes questions on topics such as airport codes, geography, time-zones, currency, etc. Candidates should also be well-aware of the airline’s route map, airport codes, aircraft history, fleet, and other related information.
